Case #111780: Groups on Jive Support




We have two groups on Jive Support.



"LivePerson - Employee"


But for us, it is the same individuals/teams working on all environments.  Can we merge these two groups and update the environments in the one "LivePerson" group and show all of our environments and cases in one place?  It will also help me manage the membership within the group so that they don't have to belong to two different ones.  It would be greatly appreciated.
