Case #112457: Documentation for restore steps


Hi Support –


Do you guys have any documentation on how to restore a previous version of Jive SBS? I tried searching the Jive Community and the Jive SBS documentation however it didn’t have anything regarding steps for restore.  We currently are on version 4.0.7 and plan to go to 4.0.15 in a few weeks, we are in UAT in our test environment right now otherwise we would have tried and documented the steps for rolling back.   Do you guys know if there is anything that we need to think about or known issues when other customers have done a restore to a previous version.


Any documentation or feedback would be useful?
