Case #126287: Unable to Upload Videos

HI,

Unable to upload videos on our PROD environment.

I have attached the log file recoding all of our attempts.

 

We changed the instance name frmo http://dish-internal.hosted.jivesoftware.com/login.jspa to http://dns.dish.com/index.jspa

 

Could this change have affected our ability to upload videos?

Could we get verification that our license and settings are correct for the video to work?
