We are having a problem in our SAAS Service http://hcm-ibermatica.jivesbs.com/. A lot of people are telling us that the notifications are not arriving to their mails. We have checked that the notifications were correctly configured in each user, but still some notifications (random) are just not being sent.

We don't know if it is a configuration problem or a server side one.
