Case #152457: Manual removal of plugin

A change to a plugin caused JIVE to be unable to start, producing a 404 error, and to undo this, I mistakenly removed the plugin directly from the database, rather than using the plugin-admin REMOVE utility. Now there is a disparity between what is shown in the database and what is shown from the app server. For example, the plugin I removed no longer appears in the jiveplugin table, but plugin-admin LIST shows that the plugin still exists. If I try to plugin-admin REMOVE the plugin, only the following shows and nothing happens:

 

 

I also cannot replace this plugin, but I'm able to remove or add any other plugin. What should be done to resolve this?
