Case #171427: Jive SBS App issues with Community access

I have an iPhone and recently redownloaded the Jive SBS App.  I entered the community URL, username and password (U & P from my corporate Engage login works fine).  I am seeing an error message pertaining to user name and password.  I reinstalled the app and same issue. The user name and password in my Corportate engage is working just fine.

 

I had this app running about 1 year ago until my son wiped my iPhone clean, so it was working fine.  I was wondering if the password the App expects is the same one I had 7+ months ago, but have changed my password several times since then.  However, again, I can still log in on my intra net engage.

 

Any guidance?
