Case #176186: Jive main navigation menu broken in Berlin


Hi all,


Our team in Berlin is reporting that they are unable to use the main navigation on our instance of Jive Express. They also report that they cannot see or add comments to any documents. They're using Firefox 10 and I asked them to test with IE (though I'm not sure which version they're running), and in both cases these aren't working. I can't seem to recreate their conditions from where I am - that is, everything's working for me.


I'm inclined to think there's something fishy going on with their network, but would you mind re-booting/cycling our instance? Perhaps that'll fix it. I had them confirm that Javascript is enabled on their browsers (which it was). It's strange stuff, for sure.
