Many of our users of the Jive Mobile App are continually having to re-provision their devices at odd times. There is no consistency, but the frequency seems to be increasing.
I had originally thought this was tied to a restart of our license or some other maintenance of our hosted instance, but in the last two restarts, my own device did not require a reprovision step (getting a new passcode from goodsignal.good.com). However many of our users are reporting this issue - and not necessarily tied to the maintenance schedule. In one instance, the user reported having to reprovision their device 3x in one week.
Is this a known issue? or is there something else at play that we can do to eliminate or lessen this issue?
