Case #64461: Videos can not be viewed or created

Hello!

 

We have set-up a few of our Jive communities permissions to allow 3rd party vendors to participate and help support our dealers. We would like them to be able to post/reply to dicussions, blog, upload document and videos. Currently I have set-up these vendors as both permissioned users with all Jive capabilities (using "Select all" for the features) and they are also set-up as Space Moderators.

 

When accessing the communities as one of these permissioned users every feature (with exception of posting Video) appears to be functioning.  Any ideas on why the Create video capability is not functioning?

 

I get the following message on screen on the Video tab when logged in as the user -  "You can't create videos here, but watch for new videos that may interest you."
