We had a really great practice session yesterday where we finally heard what each of our co-speakers would be presenting. It now seems more real than before, and I've realized how exciting it will be! Not that I didn't know - I've presented before. But I'm speaking about Gamification, and it was so helpful to hear those other perspectives. And to realize that even since I first started putting my own presentation together, I've had more insights into our project.
If you are thinking about implementing gamification in your Jive site, have your own stories, or just want to see what the hubbub is all about, I really recommend checking out the JIVETalks: Beyond Points and Badges — How Gamification Can Drive Business Objectives in Your Community session on Wednesday, October 23 at 2:45. You'll hear about how the story is unfolding in both internal and external communities and have the opportunity to learn from our mistakes as well as hear about our successes. And come hear us women ROAR!
