I’m in my seventh year as a Community Manager but only my seventh month managing a Jive-based community. This will be my first JiveWorld and I’m excited about four big opportunities:
Networking with fellow Community Managers to learn from their experiences.
Getting to know Jive folks I’ve only virtually met and meeting more members of the Jive team.
Seeing the Jive roadmap and meeting vendors from around the U.S.
Sharing the nuts and bolts of the lessons we’ve learned at McKesson utilizing five tactics that have increased our Community’s engagement numbers by nearly 200% in seven months.
