Senior Manager, Client Engagement
Prior to joining JCS, Sabine worked for The Boston Consulting Group – 10 years in Boston, and 12 years in the firm’s Munich, Germany office.
Her achievements include leading the technical and strategic implementation of BCG’s worldwide social collaboration solution as part of the firm’s larger Knowledge Management strategy.
In her earlier project work at BCG, Sabine led the team responsible for the successful implementation of the firm’s first Content Management System, and the development of the external web presence for the 60+ worldwide offices.
Sabine’s career began as part of the core team responsible for developing BCG’s first global Knowledge Management solution including related technology and process changes.
Sabine speaks 4 languages and has studied at Tufts University, the Sorbonne University of Paris, and Boston University Graduate School of Management.

Sabine has illustrated a children's book about a dog learning to drive.
Director, Technical Services
Jorge brings 10 years of Jive experience and over 15 years of software development and consulting experience with specialization in application development, enterprise systems integrations and enterprise collaboration.
Prior to joining JCS, Jorge worked for Vistage International as Director of Web Applications where he lead the team to launch Vistage Connect, an online community for collaboration for business owners and executives powered by Jive and integrated with Cisco’s WebEx technologies.
In addition to Vistage, Jorge has worked at Qualcomm, Dataskill, Covario and Silicon Space where he started his consulting career in 1998.
Jorge was born and raised in Mexico and attended the University of California, San Diego.

Between 2011-2012, Jorge got engaged, married, moved to new home and became a father! All in 12 months!
Manager, Client Engagement
Leigh brings over 6 years of online community experience to JCS, which began when she was hired as the project manager to deploy an internal online community for a small telecommunications company using Jive. After successfully developing, building and launching the community to over 5,000 employees, she became the Enterprise Community Manager and Administrator for the community. Leigh specializes in advanced community management, gamification for onboarding, and end-user training as part of overall community adoption strategy. She has experience in the telecommunications, financial, and consumer products industries.
Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
