SAN DIEGO, CA – July 8, 2014 – JCS Consulting Group, Inc. and Greenfield Interactive, LLC announced today the completion of the acquisition of Greenfield by JCS. Greenfield and JCS are leading providers of strategic consulting, integration, technical implementation and support services for enterprise communication and collaboration solutions powered by Jive Software.
This transaction creates one of the largest Jive-centric professional services companies in the US differentiated by the deep Jive experience and knowledge of every employee. The combined customer base of the new entity includes numerous Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies along with over 50 small and medium-sized businesses.
