RBC envisioned a Community Makeover campaign where employees could lead renewal and education projects in their local neighbourhood. The program had to allow teams to register projects, share stories, upload photos and engage with fellow employees around their Community Makeover.  Makeover Central was the result.


By combining Comment Engine and The Poll, read how TemboSocial:

  • Engaged over 18,000 RBC Employees
  • Presented the location and details of 324 projects around the world
  • Recorded over 500 comments and 170 photos

TemboSocial went above and beyond in helping us create a technology platform that exceeded all of our expectations. Building on the traditional Comment Engine platform, the team at TemboSocial added features to the page, such as an interactive map, which were tremendously helpful in helping us to engage employees.
