On Thursday, April 7th, 2016, Jive will be officially launching a new layout for all of our customer's secret MyJive support groups in Jive Community.


The new layouts will be automatically available to all customers on Thursday and will not require any downtime on community.jivesoftware.com.


Our goal with these changes is make sure that critical information is better highlighted for you, whether it is self-service support, key company contacts, or customer related announcements.
