Is Jive Anywhere still supported on Safari?

Using Safari Version 12.0.2 (14606.3.4) on macOS 10.14.2, I go to https://community.jivesoftware.com/tools-eapis.jspa and click on : I download a file called JiveAnywhere_Safari.safariextz When I try to double-click it I get: When I search the App store I get:
