*Note: this is the first blog in a short series where I'll write about the usage of this platform, the things we've achieved in the last year and especially the plan for 2018.**
I’m happy to welcome you to the Aurea Retail Solutions community within AureaWorks, our new Customer Engagement platform powered by our latest acquisition product, Jive.
I think a good part of you know me personally and have been in touch with me over the last 3 years, but let me take the chance to introduce myself to all others.
I spent all my career in Retail and Retail Software and joined Aurea in 2015 just after the acquisitions of GCE & Spiral to manage the integration of those companies into the Aurea family. At this time, Aurea was still a « young » company inside a large group but with a unique vision and ambition to become a customer centric Enterprise Software company.
A vast number of solutions around customer data and customer processes were and are strategically bought - and we are now offering a much richer solution set for Retailers than legacy companies could offer.
Aurea Retail Solutions, via the greater Aurea portfolio accessible at not extra cost through our Prime Program, can now provide its customers with solutions that cover end to end processes in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Store Solutions, Marketing, CRM and of course Collaboration with Jive, our latest acquisition that offers a significative footprint / experience in the Retail Industry, especially in France.
My vision for the Aurea Retail Solutions community is to provide a place where Aurea can exchange information with our customers, collect feedback, build and share a comprehensive Knowledge Base on the products, and connect you with experts across our organization and the customer base at large.
I encourage all of you to leverage this community as a means of learning, providing input and feedback to tailor this community to meet your needs, and as a way to connect with your peers to leverage the work that they have done to achieve success.
