Our Business Objects ETL (data transfer) task stopped processing data around 10am this morning. We were alerted and are currently working with SAP to resolve this. As soon as the ETL process is restarted and the schedule is enabled we'll update this blog post. After that it may take some extra time for the backed up data to catch up.

Update 4pm PST: Data has started to transfer again. Again, it may take a day or so before your data transfer process is completely caught up. We'll continue to monitor to ensure that data does catch up.
Update 7am PST: Data stopped transferring again early last night. We worked with SAP to resolve this again, and it is now transferring normally. We will monitor throughout the day to ensure that it is working correctly and will follow up with SAP on the root cause of this incident.
