Today we experienced a service interruption for some customers that started at approximately 4:15 pm PT and lasted for a few hours.  By 8:00 pm PT all systems were back up and running.

The root cause behind the interruption was a faulty Cisco virtual switch. We are currently in the process of transitioning to a more stable switch in the virtual environment.  We intend to complete the migration process as soon as possible.  We recognize the challenges this service interruption has caused to our customers, and we're taking every measure and precaution to minimize the risk of this happening again.
