At 12:00AM PST, Jive noticed that the ETL task was hung on SAP's servers. We immediately reached out to them to get this task killed and restarted. We are hoping to have this issue resolved by EOD today (December 10th). We will continue to update this blog post with information as it becomes available.

We have been working with SAP and the problem appears resolved. We will continue to monitor the issue throughout the day, but Business Objects data should be available in time for the start of the business week.
We have confirmed that the ETL tasks ran successfully yesterday and that this issue is resolved. If you suspect missing data from the weekend, please file Support Cases in your organization's group so that we may investigate individually.
