The ability to access, filter, slice, and dice the cases you submit is one of the most asked for improvements.  As such, I am excited to announce our latest improvement, the Case Export App!  This solution allows you to access your case data in a whole new way!

 

To use this new feature simply go to your MyJive Support Group, where you will now see a new option to launch the Case Export app from either the action widget menu or the actions dropdown menu.

Clicking this link opens a window with options for filtering on the case data you wish to export from Jive Community.

Once you click "Go," the app generates a csv file and lets you know when it's done by providing a download button.  You can then download and use this file for your own reporting in any 3rd party application that reads csv files, such as MS Excel.
