The Jive Customer Service Plugin is a free solution (for a limited time) for a Jive customer that adds some valuable external community functionality to your Jive instance, including a few widgets (Answered Questions, Ask a Question, etc.), and a new user onboarding flow.
- Visual Nav and Case Deflection Plugin High Level Guide which, when turned on, enables 2 new critical capabilities for most public communities:
- Visual navigation widget to improve findability of places and content
- Configurable case deflection search widget that provides granular control to admins of what type of content gets highlighted in the type ahead search and where questions will be asked if the answer is not found
- Additionally, the plugin also enables two additional features that, depending on the use case, could also be valuable additions to your Jive community:
- Answered questions widget to be used in bringing more visibility to answered questions on group and space home pages
- Configurable new user pop up screens
