    Please recognize the scheduled maintenance agreement noted in the Jive contract was defined to allow us brief periods of time to maintain the infrastructure and assure optimal performance.   The above schedule has been developed to assist with visibility into when changes may occur.


    • Although not our intention, the dates in the schedule below are subject to change up to 72 hours in advance of maintenance
    • Maintenance is scheduled during the window defined in the master license and maintenance agreement
    • Notification for scheduled maintenance is provided 72 hours in advance, as noted in this agreement
    • Please recognize the scheduled maintenance agreement noted in the Jive contract was defined to allow us brief periods of time to maintain the infrastructure and assure optimal performance
    • The underlying infrastructure supports multiple clients and it is not scalable for Jive to coordinate with each account's internal change management practices
