    • Be the face of the user group
    • Maintain/deepen relations with Jive Software
    • Stay abreast of all Jive-related products and services
    • Interact and network with other Jive user groups
    • Facilitate user group meetings
    • Host one user group meeting per year

    • Bi-monthly user group meetings

    • Meetings and communications with Jive Software, other user groups, and other constituents on an as-needed basis

    Community Manager (Internal & External)

    Foster active engagement among user group members

    • Actively engage with user group members in the BAUG
    • Manage and maintain the BAUG, ensuring content is up-to-date
    • Look for ways to connect to and share with other user groups

    • Bi-monthly user group meetings

    Ensure smooth execution of all events

    • Maintain annual user group meeting schedule
    • Communicate to all user group members about user group meetings
    • Build user group agenda
    • Identify and coordinate with user group meeting hosts
