    Thinking back about when I began to incorporate enterprise social into my communications suite, I realized there was a turning point in my evolution.  As I talk to people, I found that this turning point can be quite different for each person but tends to be related to when they started creating content:

    • Mine was when I had to find a no-cost learning solution for training
    • Others were asked to promote and had to create groups and invite
    • A co-worker mentioned that it was when teams became globally distributed and enterprise social groups were a good solution
