    1. Option 1 file name "External Community Input Form-Fall2013-OPTION 1" - use when:
      • a client has little to no metrics available on how they are handling customer support issues (typically smaller JiveX deals where companies don't have a handle on support needs)
      • this option can calculate the "expected traffic to an external support community by estimating the number of support requests based on number of customers" as well as the revenue impact of an engaged community

      • the customer knows their support metrics and a well established support operation
