It may appear that when you view one of Jive's RSS feeds in your Chrome web browser that you are seeing an error with the following text at the top of the screen:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
This is in fact not an error, and the RSS feed from Jive is working as expected. This is just a warning being shown by Chrome due to the fact that Chrome does not have the ability automatically format RSS feeds.
The reason for this message is that RSS feeds are not meant to be read in a web browser. Instead, they are meant to be read through a dedicated RSS feed reader tool or a news aggregator service, like www.netvibes.com, or a tool like Jive's RSS Feed Widget.
Some browsers do have built in RSS Feed readers, like Firefox or Internet Explorer, which will automatically format the feed content so that it is in a readable presentation:
Chrome does not have this functionality built in, although you may add it through the use of a Chrome extension.
