    Are you an outward and engaging Community Manager or a metrics-driven Business Analyst in social collaboration? Want to be both?

     

    This opportunity is for someone that can check the box on both or one and has desires to expand in the other. The community is an internal employee platform. Techniques used for online personal and commercial social media communities are transferable. Passion for all things social collaboration, interacting with platform users, driving adoption through gathering and reporting on analytics are required. From your insights and contribution, change and transformation strategies will be developed and delivered to the U.S Federal Government agency that serves the countries war veterans and retired military personnal.

     

    Experience with Social Business Systems and Enterprise 2.0 is preferred. Five (5) years experience with a Bachelors Degree, Information Management or equivalent is desirable. Of course, knowledge and experience with Jive is a plus.
