    Job Description

    Develop effective content visibility strategies for Global Services organization.


    Content Management. Own responsibility for creating, maintaining and managing the continued evolution of Global Services internal content repositories.  Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and design enhancements. Plan and create site designs by clarifying goals with stakeholders.  Develop graphics, design images, icons, banners, audio and visual enhancements. Upgrade site through performance metrics and results, identify and evaluate improvement options; introduce new technologies and trends. Continuously monitor all internal sites to ensure documentation consistency in sites. Post documentation to sites.

    Social Media. Maintain and help support the growth process for all Social Media content to monitor the effectiveness of various content and messages. Write and schedule content for Twitter, Instagram, Blog, Facebook, LinkedIn and You Tube. Monitor audience engagement and interactions. Gather and report on monthly metrics to analyze the performance of social media programs to gather insights to optimize strategy and ROI. 


    This position requires writing, proofreading and editing content for Global Services collateral and websites to ensure timely delivery of news and information relevant to key audiences.



    • Plan and design internal content repositories. Ensure that online brand standards are met
    • Update and maintain content across multiple internal sites
    • Optimize internal site structure for enhanced site navigation and user experience
    • Design new headers, pods and other elements to keep site current
    • Develop content for social medial calendar. Update content on social media pages. Maintain social media schedule.
    • Monitor and analyze different creative concepts for new ways to use social media for Global Services organization
    • Build relationships with various Global Services stakeholders through innovative content and conversations.  Drive participation for campaigns.
    • Write and edit sales-related materials, success stories, white papers, special reports, position statements, advertisements and other materials as needed.



    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization to gain support for key social media and writing initiatives.
    • 2+ years of web marketing or content management experience
    • Proficient in Word, PPT, HTML
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Excellent decision-making and problem-resolution skills
    • Able to think outside the box and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Sense of humor
