    I am the Enterprise Community Manager for Citi's internal social collaboration platform, Citi Collaborate.

    Our Help Center is where users come to get information about all aspects of Citi Collaborate, from training to onboarding to marketing to tips and tricks. As the Community Manager it's where I most often connect with our users.
