    Jive’s Integrated Marketing Manager is an experienced marketing professional who will drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that are primarily digitally led. Located in Palo Alto, CA, this role will work collaboratively and cross functionally with other marketing managers, sales development, partner development and product marketing to conceive and execute comprehensive programs designed to increase market awareness, drive demand generation and execute lead nurture strategy.  This person will demonstrate a successful history in Marketing with measureable experience in acquiring, nurturing and retaining customers in a dynamic, fast paced environment.







      • Drive the development and management of integrated marketing programs with the purpose of educating the market, generating new sales leads, or executing a nurture strategy for the company.


      • Create and deliver marketing campaign content. Ensure consistent product and brand positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience.


      • Develop a comprehensive online marketing plan through media partners that includes banner ads, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences.


      • Help grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of communications.


      • Provide training and tools regarding programs as necessary to empower sales team.


      • Contribute to the day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation in any territory where assistance is required.


      • Represent our company at external events.


      • Work closely with the web team to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on our Web site and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place.


      • Consistently iterate and improve marketing and lead nurturing activities through measurement, testing and optimization.


      • Communicate and work cross functionally with other business and marketing groups in the organization.


      • Collect information and data to produce consolidated monthly campaign metrics. This will include reporting on trials, web traffic, new registrants, outbound sales efforts, and direct mail results.


      • Assist in partner marketing programs, working with channel re-sellers of our products.




      • A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience with a software company, with specific work experience in Marketing for a startup/ growth organization.


      • Experience in managing and executing B2B direct marketing customer lead generation and acquisition programs.


      • Experience working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships.


      • Successful track record developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns including, but not limited to:



      • Understanding of, and experience with, digital advertising – text, display and video
      • E-mail marketing programs, including understanding of CAN-SPAM and online communication best practices. 
      • Managing and delivering webcasts (or other face-to-face event presentations)



      • Excellent verbal skills with a history of developing and delivering C-level presentations.


      • Strong storyteller as well as copy editor – overall excellent writing skills mandatory.


      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities.


      • BA/BS in Marketing or Business.




      • Creative marketer with a solutions-oriented focus and positive attitude.


      • Strong collaboration skills essential; ability to work well with cross-functional team members from sales to engineering, customer and partners.


      • High self-motivation and results oriented with a sense of urgency. Must be independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


      • Proficient with CRM and marketing automation systems, specifically SFDC and Marketo.


      • Experience utilizing social channels for lead acquisition and campaign amplification. 


      • Strong negotiating skills with vendors emphasizing that they ensure the highest quality and on-time delivery.  Experienced budget manager.


      • Great attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.


      • MBA is a plus.
