    Position Summary:

    CallMiner is seeking an experienced Jive (or similar) Community Manager to help drive customer engagement and interactivity within our growing online user community, through content management, social media and other promotional programs.

    Customer engagement and speech analytics or the analysis of both written and verbal conversations between businesses and their customers, is one of the hottest new trends in customer experience management, marketing and contact centers.  CallMiner has been a pioneer and leader in this industry since its inception, and continues to deliver the most innovative and intuitive products to market.  Watch this video for an overview of what we do:

    As the Community Manager will own responsibility for the success of CallMiner’s online community.  To do so you will define approaches to drive membership and interactivity between community members.  You build and acute understanding of their interests and need, and deliver on a supporting content plan to fulfill those interests.  You will recommend and manage best approaches to build community awareness through social media campaigns, PR, online advertising or other approaches. The community manager will help build customer loyalty and stickiness for the community, our products, and the CallMiner brand.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Implement and deliver our new Jive Software based community
    • Define and execute on a promotional plan to build awareness and drive adoption
    • Define and manage programs to drive community member interactivity
    • Identify content and editorial strategy, working with others to deliver on that strategy
    • Report on community activity and growth, and look for continuing opportunities for improvement


    • 5+ years of community management
    • 2+ years of experience with Jive X community software
    • Successful track record in building an active customer/user community
    • Social media marketing experience
    • Copywriting and content production or planning skills
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker – creative skills considered an asset
    • Strong tactical execution and project or task management capabilities
    • Relevant industry or product experience desired – contact center, CRM, customer care, customer loyalty programs
