In this role you will manage the Apple Support Communities Rating & Reputation program, which uses virtual rewards and incentives to identify great content, encourage active participation, and recognize top contributors. You will use your observation of community activity, member feedback, and web analytics to design short– and long–term campaigns that deepen customers’ engagement as they look for and provide answers in Apple Support Communities.
