    BMC Communities is growing, and we're looking for a platform admin, somebody mastering settings & technical tricks (including scripting) to best achieve success.



    Role Highlights:

    • Subject Matter Expert for anything technical (settings, features)
    • Magician giving the best tips to Community Managers (India and EMEA mostly) so that they leverage the best for Jive
    • Engages with IT team members (and external vendors) when needed


    Instance tech/biz context:

    • Jive (external), Bunchball
    • on v8 (we're also interested in JiveCloud experience)
    • Many Programs (orchestrated by Product Management, Marketing, Engineering...) helping our Customers to succeed
    • Great CSAT for now, but we can sure improve even further
