How to Change Your Password Or Request a Reset Password in Producteev

    Follow these steps to change your password for Producteev.

     

    • Visit the login page on the Web for Producteev: Producteev by Jive - Sign In
    • Select the link for "Forgot Password"
    • Enter the email address for which you are receiving Producteev notifications, then Submit
    • Check your email Inbox for the password reset email
    • Click on the link provided in the reset email.
    • Reset your password in the resulting window.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your password is reset.

     

    Having trouble?

    Troubleshooting tips if you're not receiving the reset email:

      • It could take up to an hour to receive the email if the server traffic is busy
      • Check your junk or spam filters and folders if you do not receive the email after that time frame
      • Consider adding "producteev.com" to a domain white list if you have access to this function in your email settings.
      • Check that you used the correct email address (did you use a previous version of your email address or are you getting producteev emails forwarded from another account?)
