Follow these steps to change your password for Producteev.
- Visit the login page on the Web for Producteev: Producteev by Jive - Sign In
- Select the link for "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address for which you are receiving Producteev notifications, then Submit
- Check your email Inbox for the password reset email
- Click on the link provided in the reset email.
- Reset your password in the resulting window.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your password is reset.
Troubleshooting tips if you're not receiving the reset email:
- It could take up to an hour to receive the email if the server traffic is busy
- Check your junk or spam filters and folders if you do not receive the email after that time frame
- Consider adding "producteev.com" to a domain white list if you have access to this function in your email settings.
- Check that you used the correct email address (did you use a previous version of your email address or are you getting producteev emails forwarded from another account?)
