After Perceptive's move to AWS on Nov 6th, we are experiencing interruptions in video service. This is across all sites and versions of Jive - cloud, hosted, and on-prem and impacts playback of all newly uploaded videos and some existing videos.

The ability to play videos is now addressed and working as expected. If you find videos that are not playing as expected, please notify Jive support. We are still investigating issues regarding uploading.
