    What you’ll be doing…

    You will be responsible for our online Customer Support Portal and our Community. This includes managing the administration functions for our Jive platform. You will monitor, participate and build strategies to improve community collaboration. You will take full ownership of our Customer Support portal, work collaboratively across the organization and greatly improve the end users' experience on our portal and communities.

    You are a highly motivated individual who has experience building world class customer portals and communities. You are passionate about owning and improving portal experience while working in a highly collaborative environment.


    What you’ve done…

    We expect you to have the following traits and skills which are critical to the success of this role.

    • 5-7 years of experience in a customer centric role

    • Strong project management and communication skills

    • Experience maintaining an online technical support portal using Jive or other similar solutions

    • Salesforce administration and portal experience

    • Strong Analytical and Technical Writing skills

    • Knowledge Management Experience

    • Must be detail oriented and well organized 


    The position will be located in Mountain View, CA.  The strong preference is for a local candidate.
