- Bookmark Jive Software Status and subscribe to updates about our service status including JiveWorks and your community.
- Bookmark our Product Documentation web page for information about using and managing Jive.
- Request to join the Customer Hub here: Are you a customer? Request customer-only access today.
- Follow Jive-n & Jive-x for announcements of official product releases. If you have customer-access, then check the Cloud Release Center or Hosted/On-Premise Updates.
- Bookmark your company's MyJive secret support group within JiveWorks.
Please note that your primary form of communication regarding Cloud upgrades and/or outages will be via email to the admins and community managers indicated for your site.
