About the Customer Hub
Accessible from the JiveWorks menu, the Customer Hub acts as a landing page to get you to customer-exclusive content and places. Content that lives in the Customer Hub will be content published by Jive such as customer-only announcements, product previews or updates, customer program information, and upgrade guides and training available to customers only. You can click on the menu tabs in that space to access key topics as shown below.
If you have questions about any of the content posted in the space, you will be able to ask questions via the comment function on any doc or blog. That way, you can connect with our product experts on specific features or updates.

What about other questions?
We've created an Ask a Question tile to help direct your open-ended questions to the right JiveWorks place. If you have a question that needs to be private, then please submit a MyJive case or reach out to your account manager. We'd like to see open questions posted in the following places Internal Communities, External Communities or in Jive Support.
