    How to join the Lithium Support Community to create cases and get support for the Jive X Communities

     

    Overview

    Jive External Community Support has transitioned to the Lithium case portal, as of 18 March.  Tickets created via the Jive portal will no longer be routed to Lithium support from that date.

    Procedure

    Please follow these steps to contact us directly:-

    If you haven’t registered on the Lithium Community yet:-

    1. Register at http://community.lithium.com with your company email address
    2. Email communityhelp@lithium.com from that same email account to gain customer access.
    3. Email support@lithium.com  to request Case portal access.

    Once you have completed all of the above steps, please access the case portal via the Lithium Case Portal
