As part of the knowledge management improvement strategy ( Support Transformation Webinar), Aurea Product and Communities teams is making the self-help content more accessible to our customers by migrating all published self-help content from Aurea Support Portal to AureaWorks’ new Product Documentation place. We are pleased to implement a comprehensive repository for all Aurea Enterprise products along with maintenance and publishing processes. This solution will ensure that our customers are receiving up-to-date product documentation including release notes and product manuals in a timely fashion. This solution is part of a multi-phased project to further enhance the customer experience over the next few quarters.
- Product Documentation (AureaWorks): All community members are encouraged to access this space for official product documentation including release notes and user manuals. All product content will also be shared in respective product communities within AureaWorks so that customers can ask questions and collaborate on any content presented.
- Aurea Support Portal (for case management): Please log all incidents and requests relating to your specific community to Aurea Support Portal.
