As an Account Manager, Salesperson, or Sales Manager/Director, I would like to collaborate on ACRM competitors within a Jive space. The participants in the space would initially be identical to the user clicking on the button in ACRM and the sales opportunity teams defined in ACRM to which this competitor is linked to. Additional participants can be added in Jive, even if these users do not have an ACRM license. If a space in Jive doesn't exist yet, it should be created automatically. Within the Jive space, users can share documents, collaborate on documents, have discussions and share news on the competitor with each other.
1 — The Sales team member logs into ACRM and navigates to the Competitor page. On the competitor detail page, a new button "Collaborate on Competitor" would be visible. See below.
Alternatively the user can collaborate, directly from the opportunity where the competitor has been defined, on the competitor in Jive:
2 — The Sales team member can click the button. At that time, a new space specific to the competitor will be created in Jive (if it doesn't already exist) and it will be opened in a new tab in the browser. The space would be named after the name of the competitor.
The participants in the space would initially be identical to the current user and the sales opportunity teams defined in ACRM to which this competitor is linked to, but additional participants can be added in Jive, even if these users do not have an ACRM license. This competitor has been registered e.g. in two sales opportunities. The automatically created "Opportunity participants" records also contain the information on the account managers of the sales opportunities. These users of the sales opportunity team are automatically transfered to Jive as the participants.
3 — Sales opportunity team members can now use the space in Jive to collaborate on the competitor.
- Strengths and weaknesses of competitor
- Documents (e.g. SWAT analysis, "battlecards", competition history,..) can be shared and collaborated on
- Information pertaining to the competitor can be communicated
4 — Sales opportunity team members can view high-level competitor details in Jive. This data is automatically transferred from ACRM to Jive and displayed in a custom tile. This data gives a high-level overview of the competitor and can show:
- # Won against opportunities
- # Lost against importunities
- # Oppportunities in progress
5 — If a Sales team member is working in Jive and needs to access information for a respective competitor, it should be very easy to navigate from Jive to ACRM. The user would click on the Competitor name (see 1 below) and automatically, the respective competitor would be shown in ACRM (see 2 below) and the user can proceed.
