    Aurea Support Experience How-To Part 4: Downloading Software Updates

     

    Customers with a current software license can download the most recent software updates and hotfixes from the Portal. For older software versions, please submit a support case. Updates are found in the FTP folder linked from the Aurea Support Portal page.

    You can access the Aurea Support Portal by 1) executing a search query 2) navigating to the Knowledge Base or 3) navigating to the Support Case from Support Home.

     

    Once you are there, log in to the Support Portal.

    Once you are logged in, select "Downloads" from the Support menu.

    You can then choose your software and access the application files.
