"If your community is about finding answers, then choose a few people to post some questions (even if they know the answer) and another few people to post responses. If one of your calls to action is to share experiences and learn from each other, then get a few blog posts up and recruit some comments to go back and forth. Again, you want to choose a variety of people to assist you. You’ll likely be tempted to do a lot of the posting yourself to move things along, but talking with yourself is not what you want people to emulate!"
