During this session, you will learn how McAfee approached their community with a strong commitment to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty. They did this by defining a clear strategy, building an employee advocate program, and leveraging key members of the community as volunteer moderators. By providing a targeted experience designed for each customer segment, the McAfee community experienced rapid growth and success, becoming a hub for collaboration among customers and employees alike.
