"Once we chose our vendor, we decided to approach our 2.0 system launch the same way we would approach a new product launch at one of our restaurants. We created awareness and buzz with t-shirts, mouse pads, door clings, cheeky posters and bathroom clings. We sent out starter kits to employees and launched a viral video campaign with a “flat Stanley” type game to it. Ambassadors were also hand selected across the organization and given early access."
