Only versions 4.5.3, 4.5.4.*, and 4.5.5.* have been tested. This may not work on other versions of Jive SBS.
If the document conversion service is down for an extended amount of time, documents uploaded during that time will stay stuck in a broken state. These can be removed by going to System > Management > Document Conversion Status in the Admin Console, but it can only be done one at a time.
This adds the page Reset Document Conversion to the System > Management tab of the Admin Console. This simple page will delete all document previews that have failed. It will not delete the document, but just the failed document conversion data. Re-viewing the documents will requeue the document preview.
This plugin is not officially supported by Jive and has been through Jive's QA process. Use this plugin at your own risk.
