The HEDLOC PM Jive App integrates AtTask's work management application with Jive's social platform to empower team members and allow management to better understand, organise, collaborate and make decisions on projects.
Project and Task Progress
HEDLOC PM is designed to give project workers the capability to view and update AtTask tasks assigned to them directly within the Jive interface.
Jive users, stakeholders and subject matter experts in other areas of a business can all gain access to how a project is tracking, allowing collaboration and social engagement between project workers, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Comments and discussions are posted into the Jive activity stream, allowing users to be quickly informed and track information most useful to them.
Users of Jive Cloud have the ability to !App mention an AtTask project in a Jive discussion or document.
1. When creating or editing Jive content in the RTE (Rich Text Editor), type the "!" followed by "h" and select the "HEDLOC|PM Project" App Action.
2. Start typing the name of the AtTask project you want to embed.
3. Select the project and hit enter to embed a link into the Jive content.
4. Users can then click on the link to see project and task details directly from AtTask.
