    We continue to learn a ton regarding trials, and two of our biggest learns have been:

    1. Many prospects are most interested in better understanding more about social, Jive customers, and Jive in general.  i.e. Not just 'trying Jive'.
    2. The people who get invited in by the instance creator have even less of an idea around what this trial team network is, yet they likely have influenResourcece on the deal given that many trials have fewer than 10 people in the trial.
