    This session will explore the ways in which the growing HomeAway Community has addressed the challenges of expansion while maintaining focus on our users. We’ll outline the obstacles and successes in launching global communities in Great Britain and France. We’ll also explain  how we met customer sentiment and brand challenges head-on by launching an Ambassador Program, and helped assuage some of our fiercest critics. In addition, you’ll learn how working hand-in-hand with marketing and product teams to disseminate company messaging and gather feedback benefits the company and Community users alike.
